Ideal Candidate Profile
The Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Director who is passionate about youth sports and community. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader and someone who thrives on operational execution — keeping systems running efficiently, conducting timely follow-up, and taking ownership in seeing projects through — while also maintaining strong, professional communication with parents, coaches, organizations, and community partners.
Experience with nonprofit administration and leadership, working alongside a Board of Directors, fiscal year planning, fundraising and donor relations, registration systems, basic bookkeeping coordination, managing third-party partners, organization communication and software platforms, and event management are highly important. Knowledge and experience with the sport of lacrosse is a plus, but not required. The right fit might have some but not all of these skills; salary is dependent on your experience, and success will be measured based on the delegation of tasks that cannot be held solely by the Executive Director.
Furthermore, the Executive Director exudes a professional character throughout the Jackson, WY., community (and beyond) to foster the sport while maintaining a focus on helping develop amazing, well-rounded student-athletes.
