EQUIPMENT RENTAL POLICY & PROCEDURES
Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club (“JHLC”) is a non-profit corporation operating under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. JHLC is dedicated to benefiting the youth of greater Jackson Hole area, including the Jackson Hole, WY, Star Valley, WY and Teton Valley, ID areas, by providing lacrosse sports programs.
As part of its Mission, it is JHLC’s goal to make youth lacrosse available to all willing participants, regardless of economic status or ability to pay. JHLC further recognizes that the cost of registration and the purchase of lacrosse equipment is significant. Therefore, Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club has made available a limited number of sets of rental equipment for beginner players who are interested in determining if lacrosse is a sport they want to pursue throughout their youth.
Parents/players agree that JHLC is not liable for any damage or injuries occuring as a result of the use of rental equipment.
JHLC prioritizes the rental of equipment to first-year players age 11 and under. Rental equipment may be available to other players in a given season, however, the availability of such rental equipment is not guaranteed. JHLC expects that any player who has already participated in JHLC programs for a one-year period will purchase their own equipment.
JHLC equipment rental is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Initial equipment rental signups for the spring season will take place at the JHLC Kick-Off Party held at the Center for the Arts; subsequent to the Kick-Off Party, equipment rental signups for the spring season will be accepted via email to the Program Director or Executive Director. Initial equipment rental signups for the fall season will be accepted via email to the Program Director or Executive Director starting on August 10 prior to the fall season.
BOYS EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Boys Equipment Rental Set: Helmet, gloves, shoulder/chest pads, arm pads, stick (not included: mouth guard, cleats)
Boys Equipment Fall 2017 Pick up: Tuesday, August 29, 4:00PM - 6:30PM at JHLC Office Conference Room (260 W. Broadway next to Bin 22 - enter through back parking lot)
Boys Equipment Rental Cost: $50 per set per season
Boys Equipment Rental Deposit: $150 per set per season (no exceptions)
GIRLS EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Girls Equipment Rental Set: Protective headgear, stick (not included: mouth guard, cleats)
Girls Equipment Fall 2017 Pick up: Wednesday, August 30, 4:30PM - 7:00PM at JHLC Office Conference Room (260 W. Broadway next to Bin 22 - enter through back parking lot)
Girls Equipment Rental Cost: $35 per set per season
Girls Equipment Rental Deposit: $150 per set per season (no exceptions)
All players/parents renting equipment will be required to fill out an Equipment Rental Form and provide a deposit check – there are no exceptions. The respective rental agreements for Boys and Girls may be found below and under the "JHLC Documents" tab on the left side of the website homepage.
